As a lifelong fan of Doctor Who, I created an original take on the title sequence to coincide with the arrival of the new Doctor, Ncuti Gatwa. With the series entering a new era, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to develop a concept entirely from scratch.

I modeled the TARDIS and logo in Cinema4D and rendered the project in Redshift, building the core animation using Maxon’s TOA plugin. The diamond-shaped vortex was inspired by the recently reinstated logo introduced by the BBC.

All nebulae, star fields, and energy effects were custom-built using Optical Flares, Saber, and Particular—without any stock assets. The project significantly advanced my skills in node-based texturing, lighting, and render optimization, particularly through the modeling and shading of the TARDIS and logo.
